Jim Noble is the founding partner of Noble & Vrapi P.A. Mr. Noble has been practicing law in New Mexico since 1979 when he graduated from University of New Mexico School of Law. His practice has been devoted almost exclusively to immigration law since 1999.  

Mr. Noble is a member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association).  

Mr. Noble has been invited to speak at immigration law events sponsored by AILA and the State Bar of New Mexico.  

In his free time Mr. Noble is a rancher.  Mr. Noble was a missionary in Albania for several years and he is currently the Missions Pastor of The Light at Mission Viejo church in Santa Fe, NM.  He is the President of the Board of Directors of Casa de Amor Para Niños, an orphanage located in Puerto Palomas, Chihuahua, Mexico.  Jim and his wife, Pat, enjoy spending time visiting their two sons and five grandchildren.
