We are hiring a full time bilingual legal assistant in our business immigration department to help our clients leverage the best talent in the world. This position requires someone who has extreme attention to detail, can follow instructions closely, and has excellent written and oral communication skills.  



Assume all non-attorney tasks in business immigration cases to enable attorneys to increase efficiency and volume.



  • Within the first 6 months on the job:
    • Adhere to firm mission and core values.
    • Be able to prepare error-free filings with as much accuracy as possible and minimal supervision for attorney review.
      • Collect client information strategically and independently. 
      • Draft recruitment memo for attorney review and upon client approval execute recruitment plan.
      • Draft forms, cover letters, memos, and other filings accurately with minimal supervision for attorney review.

The position is full time, Monday-Friday.



Prior legal experience required (in any legal field, not necessarily immigration law)
