We are hiring for a full time executive project coordinator to work directly with the partners/executive team.  This position requires someone who has attention to detail, follows instructions closely, shows initiative, and gets things done.  The core component of the position is working with the partners in planning and executing management projects. Examples of management projects include developing procedures and templates, working with the legal team to create content for our website, and executing the firm’s marketing plan.



Getting management projects done!



  • Within the first month on the job:
    • Oversee and execute partner assigned management projects with minimal oversight, focusing on creating a strategic plan to develop procedures and templates for the top 10 matters the firm handles by the end of 2018.
    • Complete training regarding HotDocs Document Automation Software.
  • By the end of 2018:
    • Create quality templates and procedures for the top 10 matters the firm handles.
  • By the end of 2019:
    • Work with the team at Noble & Vrapi, P.A., to create quality website content in both English and Spanish.
    • Work with the team at Noble & Vrapi, P.A., to execute a marketing plan.

The position is full time.



Experience in managing projects is preferred.  Experience with HotDocs Document Automation Software would be a strong asset but is not required.
